DAY 1: PORTO
Welcome to Portugal! Your driver will meet you at Porto airport for a transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free.
Porto is the second-largest city in Portugal and the birthplace of port wine. Don’t miss its UNESCO-listed historic center and delicious local cuisine.

DAY 2: PORTO CITY TOUR
Explore Porto‘s picturesque landmarks, cultural attractions, and historic sites at your own pace on the Porto City Bus Tour. Ride both the Historical Porto Bus route and the Porto Castle Bus route. Stop at popular spots like the Ribeira, Clérigos and the Lello bookshop. Head out to Foz do Douro or the Matosinhos beaches and the Gaia Riverside area, or visit the Tramcar Museum.

DAY 3: PORTO PERSONALIZED EXCURSION DAY
After breakfast, join one of the following options included in this tour.
OPTION 1: Regua & Pinhao of the Douro Valley with Lunch & Wine Tasting (group, 10 hours @8am)
Visit two distinct and emblematic places in the Douro valley. Learn about the wine production process and enjoy tastings of the best wines in the region. Admire century-old vineyards, terraced vineyards and the production methods that make Douro wines unique around the world. Take an hour long boat trip along the Douro River to enjoy views of the stunning landscape, vineyard slopes and the famous terraces. Enjoy a lunch with traditional flavors.
OPTION 2: Guided Food and Wine Tasting Tour (group, 3 hours @3pm)
Learn about the history of Portuguese cuisine on this walking tour. Sample traditional Portuguese dishes like salt cod fritters and custard tarts. Stroll through some of Porto’s most scenic neighborhoods like the historic Ribeira district. Visit generations-old taverns and traditional cafes.

DAY 4: PORTO-LISBON, FADO NIGHT SHOW WITH DINNER
Take the train from Porto to Lisbon (10:30am – 2pm). Hotel and train station transfers are included. The remainder of the day is free.
Lisbon is one of the oldest capitals in Europe with a sea of pastel pinks, yellows and blues dotting the seven hills of this romantic city.
Fado Night show with dinner and transfers (group, 4 hours @7:30 PM)
Drive through the city at night and see some of its most famous landmarks including Marqués de Pombal Square, Rossio Square and the Monument to the Discoveries.
Enjoy a delicious Portuguese dinner while being treated to a live fado show, the traditional music of Lisbon. Watch local folk dancers perform to the somber music of Portugal as you enjoy your feast.

DAY 5: LISBON CITY TOUR
Lisbon City Tour (group, @10am).
Visit Carmo Church, Commerce Square, and Rossio Central Station. Walk around Lisbon’s oldest district, Alfama, and the elegant Chiado neighborhood. Learn about Fado (a type of traditional music) and the city’s history and culture.

DAY 6: LISBON PERSONALIZED EXCURSION DAY
After breakfast, join one of the following options included in this tour.
OPTION 1: Estoril, Cascais, Cabo da Roca Estoril, Cascais, Cabo da Roca & Sintra with Pena Palace tour (group, 9 hours @9am)
Arrive at the town of Sintra where we visit the Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca, Cascais and Estoril.
Spend the day surrounded by local wonders: from the palace which marked the age of Romanticism, to the streets of Sintra.
Enjoy the magnificent landscape of Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe.
OPTION 2: Fátima, Nazaré, and Óbidos Day Trip (group, 8 hours @9am)
Visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima which is a center of Catholic faith and a popular pilgrimage destination.
Enjoy a full-day guided bus tour that takes you from Lisbon to Fatima.
Stop at two UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Visit Nazare and then proceed to the romantic village of Obidos, also known as the “wedding present” town.
Take the opportunity to taste the local cherry liquor Ginja.

DAY 7: LISBON | END OF TOUR
After breakfast, the tour comes to an end. Hotel check-out and transfer to Lisbon Airport for your flight home.
