Kusadasi – Pamukkale Hot Springs, Hierapolis Ancient City

After breakfast, check-out and travel to Pamukkale (around 3.5 hours).
Pamukkale is famous for its natural hot springs (Hierapolis and Pamukkale is an UNESCO World Heritage Site). Explore the Pamukkale Hot Springs and travertines; terraces of mineral carbonates left by flowing water. These hot springs have been used as a spa since the 2nd century BC.

Antalya | Ancient Perge, Aspendos & Side

Excursion to Perge, one of the largest ancient cities in the Pamphylia region. Perge was the capital of Pamphylia. Visit the Roman Baths, the Agora, Colonnaded Street, Nympharum and the stadium. Then we depart for the Aspendos Ancient Theatre. This incredibly well-preserved ancient theatre was built in the 2nd century A.D. and has the capacity for 15,000 people.  It is still being used for festivals and music concerts now.
We have a lunch break at a restaurant on a nearby river then depart for Side. Side is one of the best classical ancient cities in Turkey. It was a port city that served the largest slave market in this region. During Roman times much construction took place in Side including a large theatre, Roman Baths and the Temple of Apollo.

Cappadocia | Fairy Chimneys & Moonscape

This morning, enjoy an optional add-on hot air balloon excursion over Cappadocia (weather permitting). A private transfer to the launch site where you'll join fellow adventure seekers. Your balloon glides over the sublime hills and valleys of Cappadocia giving a true sense of the region’s fairytale terrain.
Visit Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy-chimneys. Next, head to Love Valley to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles.  In the afternoon visit another beautiful open-air museum at Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. Cappadocia - Ankara

After breakfast, check-out.
Visit to one of Cappadocia’s subterranean cities, Kaymakli or Derinkuyu. Descend into the underground labyrinth and learn the fascinating story of 7th century Christians who established these dwellings in an attempt to flee persecution. Next, visit Cavusin Valley for an opportunity to see the peculiar troglodyte settlements that were inhabited until the mid-20th century. Continue to Avanos. Artisan pottery from Avanos is famous throughout Turkey and they crafted many of the blue tiles at The Blue Mosque in Istanbul.
Drive to Ankara (about 3.5 hours). On arrival proceed for a city tour of Ankara, visiting several historic sites.
