DAY 1: MADRID 

Arrive at Madrid Airport and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Madrid is the elegant capital of Spain. Let’s discover this classic royal city’s rich history, traditional culture, and top attractions. It is also a paradise for foodies, serving dishes from the regions of Spain and beyond.

DAY 2: MADRID WALKING TOUR

This morning you will join the Madrid City Walking Tour including Royal Palace (2 hours @10am/11am/12pm). On this guided tour we explore Madrid’s oldest quarters, palaces, narrow medieval streets and traditional shops.

Start the tour at Calle Mayor, a bustling central street in the Old Town. Pass by the Plaza Mayor and see the statue of Felipe III. Head to the San Miguel market and browse its stalls of authentic Spanish cuisine.

Visit Plaza de la Villa, one of the most well-preserved historic squares in the city. Make your way to the Plaza de Oriente which leads to the Royal Palace. Enjoy our skip-the-line entry to the palace and take a guided tour of the largest royal residence in Europe.

DAY 3: MADRID PERSONALIZED EXCURSION DAY

After breakfast, join one of the following options included in this tour.

OPTION 1: Three Cities In One Day: Segovia, Ávila & Toledo (12 hours @8am)

The first stop will be at the Mirador del Valle before arriving at Toledo where you will admire a breathtaking view and also be able to take an astonishing panoramic photo of the city. Toledo is known for its combination of Christian, Muslim and Jewish influences. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is surrounded by medieval walls and ancient towers.

Discover the city of Segovia where you will visit its impressive and famous Roman aqueduct and its imposing cathedral.

Visit Alcázar of Segovia, one of Spain’s most famous castles, which you will explore at your own pace.

Guided visit at Avila and the Four Postes viewpoint, where you can admire the skyline of this ancient city. Stroll past San Vicente Church and the impressive Cathedral of Avila

 OPTION 2: Madrid Countryside Wineries Guided Tour With Wine Tasting (group, 6 Hours @9:30am)

Driving to the picturesque town of Colmenar de Oreja, where the boutique winery of Bodega Pearl is run by its owner. Explore the narrative of a town and its people, an embodiment of centuries-old traditions, and feel their passion and dedication with each sip.

Move on to the town of Aranjuez and arrive at Finca El Regajal, an extensive 400-hectare estate. Discover 14 hectares of organic vineyards featuring Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grape varieties, cultivated using environmentally friendly biodynamic practices.

DAY 4: MADRID TO SEVILLE

After breakfast, transfer to the train station. Take the train from Madrid to Seville (10am – 12.45pm), then transfer to the hotel.

Seville is the capital of Andalusia and the birthplace of flamenco.

Flamenco Show At Tablao El Arenal (with drink and transfer, 1 hour @6:30pm)

Experience this unique art form that includes singing, guitar playing, and dancing.

Be moved and inspired by a performance channeling intangible human emotions of pain, passion, sorrow, and joy.

See dancers using their entire bodies to express each singular and unique feeling, accompanied by technically skilled guitar playing and evocative singing.

Enjoy a drink and admire the traditional surroundings of the theater as you take in the spectacle.

DAY 5: SEVILLE WALKING TOUR

Alcázar and Cathedral guided tour with entrance ticket (group, 3 hours @1pm)

Start with a visit to the Alcázar. Home to three palaces, royal chambers, centenary gardens and chapels. The Alcázar has been the home of many dynasties.

Walk to Seville Cathedral to see the third-largest cathedral and largest Gothic church in the world. Built on the remains of a mosque, the vast monument reveals 900 years of history.

Climb by foot to the top of Giralda Tower to admire spectacular views across the city

DAY 6: SEVILLE PERSONALIZED EXCURSION DAY

After breakfast, join one of the following options included in this tour.

OPTION 1: Granada Tour – The Alhambra, The Generalife And The Albaicín (group, 10 hours @9am)

Take a tour of the historic Alhambra (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Marvel at the fortifications of the Alcazaba (citadel), built to protect the city’s post-Roman districts including the Moorish suburb of “El Albayzín”.

Admire the beauty of the Nasrid Palaces and Generalife, the summer pleasure gardens of the Emir.

Visit the center of Granada for lunch (not included).

Guided walk of the UNESCO-protected Albaicín district where the winding streets are reflective of its medieval Moorish past.

DAY 8: VALENCIA CITY TOUR

After breakfast, partake the Tuk-Tuk tour around the city (group, 2 hours @10am/1pm/5pm)

Visit the main historical and cultural points of the city center by tuk-tuk on this guided tour of Valencia. Pass by historical sites such as the old Torres de Quart, the Torres de Serranos, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the old Hospital of Valencia, a library that was once the first mental sanatorium in Europe.

Explore the modern port of Valencia, La Marina Real, and stroll along the extensive Malvarrosa beach. Discover the avant-garde and artistic character of Valencia at the City of Arts and Sciences.

Admire the beauty of Barcelona’s famous Gothic Quarter as you enjoy a delicious variety of local food and drinks. Visit 4 local hot spots & sample a number of classic tapas dishes accompanied by a selection of wine, cava, and vermouth.

DAY 10: BARCELONA CITY BUS TOUR

Today, we take a bus tour to explore Barcelona’s top attractions.

Visit the iconic Sagrada Familia Cathedral – the largest Roman Catholic Church in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Visit Parc Guell in upper Barcelona and enjoy beautiful views out over the city. This is Gaudí’s surrealistic park where nature and art blend harmoniously featuring colorful mosaics, twisted columns, dragon fountains and amazing views.

See Barcelona Cathedral, Casa Batllo and many other famous attractions.

DAY 11: BARCELONA PERSONALIZED EXCURSION DAY

OPTION 1: Montserrat With Cog-Wheel Train & Black Madonna Tour (group, 5.5 hours @8am)

Visit Montserrat Basilica located on Montserrat mountain 4,055 ft above sea level. It offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The basilica is dramatically set into the rocks with famous attractions like the Black Madonna and Santa Cova grotto. Entry to the basilica and audio-visual museum is included

OPTION 2: Girona and Costa Brava (group, 10 hours @8:30am)

Visit the Catalonian villages of northeastern Spain including guided tours of Pals and Calella de Palafrugell.

Pals is one of the most charming medieval towns on the Costa Brava. Located on the top of a mountain, it was built around a fortress and still retains its wonderful medieval spirit. Calella de Palafrugell has stunning beaches, a vibrant culture and a relaxing atmosphere.
