DAY 1: LISBON (LIS)
Welcome to Portugal! Your driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free.
Lisbon is one of the oldest capitals in Europe with a sea of pastel pinks, yellows and blues dotting the seven hills of this romantic Portuguese capital.

Enjoy Fado, the traditional melancholic Portuguese singing as you dine on a 4-course meal with wine and coffee. Fado is recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
DAY 2: LISBON
One day group city tour of Lisbon. Explore its charming neighborhoods and stunning architecture that showcases different styles and influences.
Visit the heart of the Lisbon, Rossio Square, then spend some time in Alfama, the Old Quarter.
See Lisbon Cathedral and admire the views of St. George’s Castle, a Moorish fortification.
Catch a stunning panorama of the city from the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte lookout.
In Belem, the city’s museum district, walk alongside a pair of UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the stunning 16th-century Jeronimos Monastery, and Belem Tower nestled on the bank of the Tagus River. Enjoy a short stop at the Monument to the Discoveries which celebrates the influential 15th-16th century Portuguese Age of Discovery.

DAY 3: LISBON

A day trip to a few seaside towns with pleasant promenades, picturesque marinas, historic fortresses and museums. Including Sintra which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is famous for its romantic architecture, its fairy-tale palaces and its lush gardens.
Visit the beautiful resort town of Estoril, known as the home of Casino Estoril and Hotel Palácio.
Stroll the Tamariz Beach promenade and admire the 17th-century Forte da Cruz castle set behind a backdrop of palm trees.
Continue to Cascais, a small fishing village transformed into a luxurious resort town on the Portuguese Riviera.
Pass through its animated town center and witness cosmopolitan life amid stunning Atlantic beaches.
Next, head to Cabo da Roca, the western most point of continental Europe and gaze out over the great Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy a short walk in the old city center of Sintra – surrounded by old houses now converted into small quaint handicraft boutiques and traditional pastry shops.
Ascend the mountain by shuttle for a visit to the 19th-century Pena Palace, the undisputed highlight of Sintra.
DAY 4: PORTO
Take the train from Lisbon to Porto. Hotel and train station transfers are included.

DAY 5: PORTO CITY GROUP TOUR
Porto is the second-largest city in Portugal and the birthplace of port wine. Don’t miss its UNESCO-listed historic center and delicious local cuisine.
A Porto City Group tour: Admire the exterior of the 18th century Porto Cathedral, one of Porto’s oldest monuments, followed by a panoramic view over the Douro River where you can take in views across to Gaia city.
Head to Batalha Square where you can spot the 18th century Batalha Palace, then walk Santa Catarina Street, the city’s main shopping street which is always buzzing with action.
Head to Liberdade Square where the monument to King Peter IV is located within a number of beautiful neoclassical facades. Next we see Clerigos Church and Tower, dominating the city at 250 feet high.
Enjoy a skip-the-line visit to Livraria Lello, likely the world’s most stunningly beautiful bookshop and the inspiration for Hogwarts library in the famous Harry Potter movies.
Venture to Ribeira Square with its beautiful river view and historic three-storey high fountain.

DAY 6: PORTO

Enjoy beautiful views of the river, bridges, and colorful buildings from different perspectives. And of course, delicious food and wine.
Visit the historic city center and spot houses overhanging the Tamega River.
Visit the 16th century Church of Sao Goncalo Monastery. Its chapel is home to the tomb of revered Dominican friar Saint Goncalo.
In Regua, walk along the Douro river and catch views of the terraced vineyards that line the riverside. Then head to Pinhao for a visit to its famous railway station renowned for its iconic blue-painted tiles.
Visit a pair of local wineries; Quinta da Pacheca and Quinta de Marrocos where you’ll be treated to wine tastings of different local wines, as well as a locally-inspired lunch.
DAY 7: PORTO | END OF TOUR
After breakfast, the tour comes to an end. Hotel check-out and transfer to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) for your flight home.
