DAY 1: AMMAN
Arrive at Amman Airport and transfer to your hotel (40-minute drive). The rest of the day is free.
The dynamic capital Amman is a city where ancient history and cool urban vibes intertwine. It is also a convenient gateway for exploring the rest of Jordan.

DAY 2: AMMAN CITY & DESERT CASTLES OF EASTERN JORDAN TOUR
After breakfast you enjoy a guided Amman tour. (8 hours @10am)
Amman citadel (Jebel Al Qalaa) is the most well-known and iconic location in the city. The citadel is one of seven mounts that make up the capital city of Amman. It includes the Great Hercules Temple, the Ayyubid Watching Tower, and the Great Hand Statue, among other buildings that date back to ancient times. Next, you’ll visit the ancient Roman theatre, historically used for musical performances. The theatre can accommodate 6,000 people and is still in use today for the same function.
We then visit the Archaeological Museum and its ancient artefacts.
Next are Jordan’s Desert Castles, which are beautiful examples of early Islamic art and architecture.
These historic sites, dating back to the Umayyad period (7th – 8th centuries), are located in the eastern desert of Jordan. The castles once served as luxurious retreats, hunting lodges, and trade hubs. Notable among them are Qasr Amra, Qasr Kharana, Qasr al-Hallabat, Qasr alMushatta, and Qasr al-Burqu.

DAY 3: AMMAN: JERASH & AJLOUN CASTLE TOUR
After breakfast, Jerash and Ajloun Castle tour. (8 hours @10am)
Jerash: The ancient city of Jerash is one of the most popular attractions in Jordan after Petra. It is considered one of the largest and most well- preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world outside of Italy and its history goes back more than 6,500 years. The city’s golden age came under Roman rule, during which time it was known as Gerasa. The site is now generally acknowledged to be one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world.
Then, visit Ajloun Castle formerly known as Qal’at Ar-Rabad. This impressive fortress towers above the green hills of Ajloun and can be seen from miles away, reflecting its strategic role as a military watch post that protected trade routes during the 12th – 15th centuries. The castle was first built in 1184 by one of Saladin’s generals, Izz al-Din Usama, to defend northern Jordan against Crusader threats.

🛏️2 NIGHTS IN DEAD SEA
DAY 4: AMMAN – DEAD SEA, MADABA & MOUNT NEBO TOUR
After breakfast we transfer to Dead Sea (1 hour drive). Enroute, we enjoy a Madaba and Mount Nebo guided tour. (8 hours @10am)
Explore Madaba, the “City of Mosaics” famous for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Swing by St. George’s Church, a Greek Orthodox gem from the 1800s, home to a super old map of Palestine. Continue to Mount Nebo, the highest point in the ancient Kingdom of Moab. Enjoy sweeping views of the Holy Land and explore its religious significance. It’s where Moses got a glimpse of the Promised Land.
Overnight in Dead Sea.

DAY 5: DEAD SEA BEACH DAY
Embark on a relaxing journey to the Dead Sea (8 hours @10am), the lowest point on Earth. Spend the day rejuvenating by the serene waters, applying the mineral-rich mud renowned for its therapeutic benefits, and experiencing the unique sensation of floating effortlessly in its salty waters. Unwind and embrace the healing properties of this natural wonder.

🛏️1 NIGHT IN PETRA
DAY 6: DEAD SEA – PETRA, MA’IN HOT SPRINGS & KERAK CASTLE TOUR
Drive to Petra. (3.5 hour drive). Today’s excursion (8 hours @10am).
Enroute visit Ma’in Hot Springs, between Madaba and the Dead Sea, which offers therapeutic mineral waters amidst stunning waterfalls. It’s a true oasis of tranquility and a must-visit destination in Jordan! Afterwards, explore Kerak Castle, a well-preserved 12th-century Crusader fortress in southern Jordan. It played a crucial role during the Crusades due to its strategic position. Known for its impressive defensive architecture, the castle offers panoramic views of the surrounding area and is a key historical site for understanding medieval military strategies and the Crusader period.

DAY 7: PETRA – WADI RUM, PETRA TOUR
Explore Petra on your guided tour today (8 hours @10am).
Petra is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Walk through the magnificent Siq, a tiny canyon with towering rocks on either side that serves as the dramatic entrance to Petra. Explore Little Petra (Beidha), a fascinating archaeological site similar to Petra but on a smaller scale. Walk through the Cold Siq in Little Petra to discover the ancient ruins which are just as captivating.
Head to Wadi Rum, a breathtaking desert valley famous for its red sand dunes and towering rock formations. Enjoy a Jeep safari and a traditional Bedouin dinner, known as Zarb (an underground coal fired BBQ pit) under the stars. (2 hour drive)

🛏️ 1 NIGHT IN AQABA
DAY 8: WADI RUM DESERT – AQABA
Transfer to Aqaba in the Red Sea. (1 hour drive)
After days in the desert, it’s time to unwind in Aqaba, a coastal city on the Red Sea. Relax on sandy beaches, take a dip in crystal-clear waters, or explore the local markets and enjoy fresh seafood.
