DAY 1: ARRIVE HANOI & WELCOME DINNER
Welcome to Vietnam! Your driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel.
This evening, enjoy an authentic welcome dinner.
Hanoi is one of the most ancient capitals in the world. Travelers can find well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas, and unique museums within the city center. This former French colonial city is known for its delectable cuisine, vibrant nightlife, silks and handicrafts, as well as a multi-cultural community with Chinese, French and Russian influences.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR & WATER PUPPET SHOW
A day tour of this historic city that is full of charming lakes, parks and shaded boulevards. Take a cyclo ride through Hanoi’s Old Quarter which offers a nostalgic front-row seat to the city’s frantic energy. You relax and watch in a three-wheeled rickshaw while a local driver skillfully maneuvers through a labyrinth of ancient merchant streets and vibrant colonial architecture. (in the morning).
This evening, enjoy a water puppet show (1 hour in the evening). Water Puppet Show offers a unique and charming cultural experience, featuring traditional Vietnamese folklore and rural life stories told through puppets dancing on a water-filled stage.

🛏️. 1 NIGHT IN HA LONG BAY
DAY 3: HANOI – HA LONG BAY OVERNIGHT CRUISE
Depart for your overnight cruise on Ha Long Bay, often called Vietnam’s eighth wonder of the world. Ha Long means Descending Dragon. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the bay with adventure excursions such as kayaking, visiting a sea cave or floating village, swimming, and fishing. Settle onto your deck chair and witness a spectacular sunset amongst the bay’s rock formations. Join in a cooking demonstration featuring traditional Vietnamese cuisine, followed by a gourmet dinner onboard. Retire to your cabin to enjoy a restful night’s sleep as the waves lap gently against the hull.

🛏️. 2 NIGHTS IN HUE
DAY 4: HA LONG BAY – HUE
Greet the new day with a sunrise Tai Chi lesson with a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast on the boat followed by a choice of activities eg. limestone cave boat trip. After Ha Long Bay, return to Hanoi airport for your late afternoon flight to Hue. Your driver will meet you at Hue airport for a transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free.
Hue is a former Imperial City that is celebrated for its great culture, historic attractions, and for its sophisticated cuisine.

DAY 5: IMPERIAL CITY OF HUE
Step back in time in the Imperial Citadel (a UNESCO World Heritage site) where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. Visit the Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and the Forbidden Purple City.
Enjoy a scenic boat ride on the Perfume River to visit the ancient Kings’ Tombs from Nguyen Dynasty and sacred pagodas.

DAY 6: HUE – DANANG – HOI AN | MARBLE MOUNTAIN, MUSEUM OF CHAM SCULPTURE
Travel to Hoi An over the spectacular Hai Van Pass. En route, explore the Marble Mountains, a striking cluster of five limestone peaks featuring a complex network of caves, tunnels, and towers. These heights are adorned with serene pagodas and shrines established by Mahayana Buddhists and the kings of the Nguyen Dynasty.
Visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture including altars, sandstone pieces and busts of Hindus gods dated between 7th to 13th century.
Overnight in Hoi An. Hoi An has been absorbing a rich cultural heritage from Chinese, Japanese and European traders since 16th century, no wonder it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

DAY 7: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN, LANTERN WORKSHOP
Explore the historic streets of Hoi An, featuring the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge and ornate family temples built by early Chinese migrants. These diverse cultural influences define the town’s unique heritage. To conclude your day, visit a traditional workshop to witness the artistry of Hoi An lanterns—a local symbol of luck, happiness, and wealth.

DAY 8: HOI AN – HO CHI MINH CITY (SAIGON) | CITY TOUR
This morning, transfer to Danang airport and fly to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC, formerly Saigon). Your driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel.
In the decades since the Vietnam War, Ho Chi Minh City has become a modern city with sleek skyscrapers while still retaining its elegant French architecture and broad boulevards. It is dotted with ornate temples and pagodas. This afternoon, explore HCMC with your tour guide. Visit Hotel de Ville (City Hall) and Notre Dame Cathedral. Admire the amazing chandeliers at the elegant Central Post Office.

DAY 9: MEKONG DELTA EXCURSION
In the morning, travel from HCMC to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta (about 9 hours in the morning). Transfer to a boat excursion to visit a traditional brick kiln and coconut processing and sleep mat workshops along the canal. Take a motor cart (xe lôi) or bike on shady road. Pass by rice fields and vegetable gardens to see daily life and find out about tropical culture from the locals.
In the afternoon, drift through Ben Tre’s lush coconut groves in a traditional sampan.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY (SAIGON)| END OF TOUR
After breakfast, the tour comes to an end. Hotel check-out and transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) for your flight home.
