Arrive at Vienna Airport and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.

DAY 2: VIENNA | SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE & GARDENS
This morning you will join the Schönbrunn Palace & Gardens Skip-the-Line Tour (group, 2 hours @10:30am).
On this guided tour we explore Vienna’s Schönbrunn Palace and its marvelous royal gardens. Discover the history of the palace and hear entertaining stories from a licensed guide. Marvel at the 120 foot long Great Gallery and the Hall of Ceremonies. Get a peek into the life of the royal Habsburg family and Empress Sissi. On this tour you’ll skip long entrance lines and enjoy more time to explore the lush green gardens.

This morning, board your bus and depart to the stunning region of Salzkammergut. Your first stop is the Schloss Ort, a snow-white castle where countless couples dream of celebrating their wedding. Continue to the heart of the Salzkammergut region, the fabulous town of Hallstatt (with traditional Alpine houses) set on the shores of an azure-blue lake. Ascend to the Skywalk to enjoy breathtaking views over the town, lake, and mountains.
OPTION 2: Vienna to Bratislava Tour by Bus and Boat (group, 11 Hours @8:30am)
Journey by bus to Bratislava, the beautiful capital city of Slovakia. The old town has charming cobblestone streets and is filled with historic buildings, squares, and delightful cafes. Of course, the city has its own historic castle and cathedral. Stroll around the city and enjoy shopping. After a fun day in Bratislava, head to the departure dock, Pontoon HUMA 6 at Razus Embankment, on time for your return trip to Vienna on the Danube river. Experience high speeds on the river in the comfort of the air-conditioned catamaran.
