    Welcome to Vietnam! Your driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free.

    Our tour today begins a blast from the past. See Vietnam's traditional ways of life and replicas of old homes.
    Visit the wildly wonderful Chau Long market, Truc Bach Lake, stopping to savor unique traditional specialties. Visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi’s first university namely the Temple of Literature.     Hoi An | Organic Farm Tour & Cooking Class

    We combine the two of top attractions of Hoi An today - beautiful country side and fabulous food. You will see sprawling green rice paddies, swaying bamboo and coconut trees, farmers donning the iconic conical hats, water buffalos trotting along the road and quiet riverside villages. You will cook with some of the world’s freshest ingredients and learn the secrets behind each Hoi An specialty,
    This morning we bike to an organic vegetable farm in TraQue village (alternate transport is available). The farmer will share how the vegetables are cultivated and used in traditional medicine. We will join them in their daily work such as cultivating the soil for planting and watering. You will learn how to prepare authentic dishes with the help of the chef from Tra Que. Finish off the class by enjoying your freshly prepared meal.

    Hoi An - Hue | Danang, Imperial City of Hue

    Travel to Hue over the spectacular Hai Van Pass. En route, visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture, Danang including altars, sandstone pieces and busts of Hindus gods dated between 7th to 13th century.
    The former Imperial City of Hue is celebrated for its great culture and historical sites, and for sophisticated cuisine. Step back in time in the Forbidden Purple City and royal palaces in the Imperial Citadel which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

    Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) | City Tour

    Transfer to Danang airport and fly to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Your driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel.
    In the decades since the Vietnam War, Ho Chi Minh City has become a modern city with sleek skyscrapers while still retaining its elegant French architecture and broad boulevards.  It is dotted with ornate temples and pagodas.
    Visit Hotel de Ville (City Hall) and Notre Dame Cathedral. Admire the amazing chandeliers at the elegant Central Post office. One of Saigon’s oldest landmarks, Ben Thanh market offers a great atmosphere that is absolutely authentic Vietnam. A great place to shop for local handicrafts, Vietnamese art and souvenirs.     Let’s take a glimpse into Vietnamese history and culture through a culinary experience, cooking some traditional yet innovative dishes at “Grain by Luke Nguyen” owned by a Vietnamese-Australian chef. In addition to learning the fundamentals of food preparation and presentation, you will prepare and enjoy your own 4-course meal. There is a pantry on-site where you can familiarize yourself with fresh produce, herbs and spices used in Vietnamese cuisine.
