This half day City Tour is a great introduction to Manila. Explore the Spanish-era landmarks - the Walled City of Intramuros including Fort Santiago (a Spanish medieval fortress), San Agustin church and Manila Cathedral. Walk through Rizal Park (Manila’s iconic central park) where Filipino patriot José Rizal was executed leading to Philippine Revolution against Spain. Drive through Ayala Avenue, a major thoroughfare in the modern metropolis of Makati. Next we proceed to the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial interring over 17000 soldiers who died during World War II. If time allows, we continue to Manila Convention Center, Avenue of the Arts, and Mall of Asia.

Explore Manila after sundown by partaking in a sumptuous feast of exotic local dishes and delicacies. After dinner, we continue the adventure by visiting one or two bars with different atmospheres.

Cebu City is the smaller cousin of Manila with significant commercial and financial districts. However, it also has the distinct advantage of beautiful beaches that captivate many tourists and intriguing historical secrets. The tour brings you to Fort San Pedro and Cross of Magellan, the site of the first mass celebrated in 1521 and Santo Nino Church which houses the image of the Holy Child Jesus venerated by the Cebuanos as their Patron Saint. Drive through the Avenue of flags to the Provincial Capitol. Then drive up to Beverly Hills, a scenic subdivision where you can view the entire city and the Taoist Temple where both believers and visitors climb many steps to light joss sticks and have their fortune read. After touring Cebu City, you will head southeast to Mactan Island where coal mining was a big industry. You will first stop by Lapu-Lapu Monument, which was built near the seashore in honor of the brave chief who fought for the freedom of Filipinos. After visiting the monument, you will head to Maribago district to a guitar factory, where you will witness how the best guitars and ukuleles in the Philippines are made. Explore the gorgeous countryside on the southern side of Cebu, venturing past villages with century-old homes and churches. You’ll also enjoy the opportunity to visit an original heritage house with Spanish-inspired architecture and furnishings dating back to the 1800s. Visitors will learn about local craftmanship like basket weaving and taste Cebu’s local delicacies for example crackling pork skin and chicharron. A Filipino meal will be served for lunch.

Honda Bay on the eastern shore of Palawan island is ideal for subsistence and commercial fishing, and for recreation too. You will be picked up by your private guide and driver and make your way to Honda Bay. You will board a motorized banca at the wharf to visit the Star Fish, Bat, and Snakes Islands. Enjoy the sun and sand as you go snorkeling and swimming. Take a hearty packed lunch for your trip.

Puerto Princesa’s underground river is one of the most popular attractions in the Philippines and has been named one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is home to stunning old-growth forest, pristine white sand beaches and amazing caves. Endangered species like the Palawan Pheasant Peacock and Philippine Cockatoo are found here. Your adventure begins with trekking the monkey trail, where you pass through St. Paul’s Cave and the National Park. You will arrive at the wondrous underground river, where you’ll see natural formations of glittering stalactites and stones rising from the water. A buffet lunch will be served at Taraw Beach Resort.
